Dr. Thomas Odongo Ololo, PhD, is a distinguished educator, educational administrator, and researcher with over thirty (30) years of uninterrupted teaching experience, twenty (20) of which have been at institutional leadership and administration level. His extensive professional career spans secondary and higher education, where he has played a central role in academic management, policy implementation, institutional governance, and leadership development.
He is a lecturer in leading universities in Kenya, where he teaches courses in Educational Administration and Management, Teacher Education and the Teaching Profession, Mentorship and Coaching on Psychosocial Issues, and Educational Research. He is an alumnus of the University of Nairobi and Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology, institutions that shaped his strong foundation in educational scholarship and leadership. A committed scholar, who is an active researcher in education, with interests in inclusive education, school leadership, digital transformation, ethics, and sustainable educational management.
He is also a peer reviewer for reputable international academic journals, including International Journal of Research and Innovation in Social Sciences (IJRISS) and International Journal of Research and Scientific Innovation (IJRSI), contributing to the maintenance of scholarly rigor and quality assurance in educational research. His work reflects a deep commitment to ethical leadership, professional excellence, inclusivity, and the transformation of education systems to meet the demands of the 21st century. His practical experience, combined with scholarly insight, positions him as a respected voice in educational leadership and management.
