Dr. Titus Muhambe Mukisa is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics, Physics and Computers Science and currently serving as Chair of Department. He holds MSc and PhD degrees from University of Nairobi and a BSc from Moi University. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in ICT curriculum development for undergraduate and postgraduate levels, successfully supervised three PhD and six MSc students, externally examined four PhD and seven MSc thesis in Computer Science, Information Technology and Information Systems. He is currently serving as the external examiner for Computer Science, Information Technology and Information Systems programmes for three public universities. His research interests are in ICT4D, Sustainable Mobile Applications in Health, Data Generation and Use in Health Systems, Information and Infrastructure Security in Data Networks, Machine Learning Algorithms in Sentiment Analysis and Optimizing E-Learning environment for ICT courses.
