Through this workshop, it was revealed that Performance Contracting is not just a compliance exercise, but rather, a tool for institutional transformation.

Performance contracting is meant to strengthen accountability and improving service delivery across public institutions. This resumption of the PC evaluation after several years is a critical milestone for the university, particularly as it continues to expand its academic, research, and infrastructural footprint.

Alupe University has made commendable progress since 2019, and this moderation provides an opportunity to refine targets, address gaps, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
