Graduation Supplement Message
THE 4TH GRADUATION CEREMONY FOR THE CONFERMENT OF DEGREES AND AWARD OF DIPLOMAS OF ALUPE UNIVERSITY WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY 13TH NOVEMBER, 2025 AT THE GRADUATION SQUARE STARTING 8.00 AM
Alupe University wishes to inform All candidates who qualified for conferment of various Degrees and award of diplomas of Alupe University in the 2024/2025 Academic year that the 4th Graduation Ceremony will take place on Thursday 13th November 2025 at Alupe University graduation Square starting at 8.00 am. The Provisional Graduation List has been posted on the University website. Please note that only those who have cleared all outstanding fees owed to the University will appear on the Final Graduation List. All graduands are further informed as follows:
- ACADEMIC REGALIA
Academic regalia will be collected from the respective Schools from Tuesday 11th to Wednesday 12th November 2025 andshould be returned on or before Thursday 27th November, 2025. Failure to return the regalia by the indicated date will attract a penalty of Kshs. 500/= (Kenya Shillings Five Hundred) per day.
- REHEARSAL
All graduands MUST attend the rehearsal in full academic regalia on Wednesday 12th November, 2025 at 10.00 am.
- GRADUATION FEES
The following mandatory non-refundable graduation charges must be paid by all graduands.

- INVITATION CARDS
Two (2) invitation cards will be issued to each graduand. The cards will be collected during the collection of academic regalia from the respective deans of schools.
- ALUMNI
Alumni Association meeting will be held immediately after the rehearsal on Wednesday 12th November, 2025 at 2.00 p.m.
